वाचा च मनसा चैव नमः कारं परयुज्य सा देवेभ्यः पराञ्जलिर भूत्वा वेपमानेदम अब्रवीत ।। ३-५४-१६ ।।

'Bowing down to them with both mind and speech, her hands folded in reverence, she spoke to the gods with a trembling voice.' ।। 3-54-16 ।।

english translation

vAcA ca manasA caiva namaH kAraM parayujya sA devebhyaH parAJjalira bhUtvA vepamAnedama abravIta || 3-54-16 ||

हंसानां वचनं शरुत्वा यथा मे नैषधॊ वृतः पतित्वे तेन सत्येन देवास तं परदिशन्तु मे ।। ३-५४-१७ ।।

'Since I have heard the words of the swans, I have chosen the king of the Nishadhas as my lord.' ।। 3-54-17 ।।

haMsAnAM vacanaM zarutvA yathA me naiSadhò vRtaH patitve tena satyena devAsa taM paradizantu me || 3-54-17 ||

'And since the gods have ordained the ruler of the Nishadhas to be my lord, let them reveal him to me, for the sake of that truth.' ।। 3-54-19 ।।

'May the Lokapalas (guardians of the world) along with Ishvara (the supreme god) manifest their true forms, so that I may recognize the virtuous king.' ।। 3-54-20 ।।
