ततॊ ऽपश्यत सथितं दवारि सितं वैजयिनं गजम ऐरावतं चतुर्दन्तं कैलासम इव शृङ्गिणम ॥ ३-४३-३६ ॥

'Then Arjuna beheld at the gates of Indra's realm the splendid and ever-victorious elephant, Airavata, adorned with four magnificent tusks, resembling the peaks of Kailasa.' ॥ 3-43-36 ॥

tatò 'pazyata sathitaM davAri sitaM vaijayinaM gajama airAvataM caturdantaM kailAsama iva zRGgiNama ॥ 3-43-36 ॥
