ततॊ ऽबरवीद देवराजः पार्थम अक्लिष्टकारिणम सान्त्वयञ शलक्ष्णया वाचा मेघदुन्दुभि निस्वनः ।। ३-४२-३५ ।।

'After these words were spoken, the Kuru prince Arjuna, endowed with immense strength, received the celestial weapon from Kuvera. The chief of the celestials then addressed Pritha's son, renowned for his relentless deeds, in a voice deep as thunder or the sound of a kettle-drum, saying:' ।। 3-42-35 ।।

english translation

tatò 'baravIda devarAjaH pArthama akliSTakAriNama sAntvayaJa zalakSNayA vAcA meghadundubhi nisvanaH || 3-42-35 ||
