[वै] तस्य संपश्यतस तव एव पिनाकी वृषभध्वजः जगामादर्शनं भानुर लॊकस्येवास्तम एयिवान ।। ३-४२-१ ।।

sanskrit

'Vaisampayana said, "The wielder of the Pinaka, whose emblem was the bull, vanished before the eyes of the watching son of Pandu, much like the sun sinking below the horizon, disappearing from the sight of the world."' ।। 3-42-1 ।।

english translation

[vai] tasya saMpazyatasa tava eva pinAkI vRSabhadhvajaH jagAmAdarzanaM bhAnura lòkasyevAstama eyivAna || 3-42-1 ||
