यॊ हि संहरते करॊधं भावस तस्य सुशॊभने यः पुनः पुरुषः करॊधं नित्यां न सहते शुभे तस्याभावाय भवति करॊधः परमदारुणः ।। ३-३०-२ ।।

sanskrit

'O beautiful one, he who restrains his anger secures prosperity, while the man who constantly gives in to anger invites his own ruin through that fierce emotion. It is seen in this world that anger is the cause of destruction of every creature.' ।। 3-30-2 ।।

english translation

yò hi saMharate karòdhaM bhAvasa tasya suzòbhane yaH punaH puruSaH karòdhaM nityAM na sahate zubhe tasyAbhAvAya bhavati karòdhaH paramadAruNaH || 3-30-2 ||
