हुताशनेन यच चापः परविश्य छन्नम आसता विबुधानां कृतं कर्म तच च सर्वं शरुतं तवया ।। ३-२९९-१६ ।।

'And, O sinless one, thou hast also heard how the noble Rishi Aurva, remaining hidden in his mother’s womb, once fulfilled a divine task for the gods.' ।। 3-299-16 ।।

english translation

hutAzanena yaca cApaH paravizya channama AsatA vibudhAnAM kRtaM karma taca ca sarvaM zarutaM tavayA || 3-299-16 ||

'And O child, while dwelling in concealment throughout the earth, Vivasvat, possessed of supreme brilliance, at last consumed all his enemies entirely.' ।। 3-299-17 ।।

'And Vishnu too, while living in disguise in the abode of King Dasaratha, accomplished dreadful deeds and slew the Ten-necked Ravana in battle.' ।। 3-299-18 ।।
