शिवास ते सन्तु पन्थानॊ मा च ते परिपन्थिनः आगमाश च तथा पुत्र भवन्त्व अद्रॊह चेतसः ।। ३-२९२-११ ।।

sanskrit

'May every path you take be auspicious and free from obstruction. May all those you meet hold no enmity in their hearts toward you.' ।। 3-292-11 ।।

english translation

zivAsa te santu panthAnò mA ca te paripanthinaH AgamAza ca tathA putra bhavantva adròha cetasaH || 3-292-11 ||

पातु तवां परुणॊ राजा सलिले सलिलेश्वरः अन्तरिक्षे ऽनतरिक्षस्थः पवनः सर्वगस तथा ।। ३-२९२-१२ ।।

sanskrit

'And may Varuṇa, lord of the waters, protect you within all waters! And may the deity who roams the skies guard you completely throughout the heavens.' ।। 3-292-12 ।।

english translation

pAtu tavAM paruNò rAjA salile salilezvaraH antarikSe 'natarikSasthaH pavanaH sarvagasa tathA || 3-292-12 ||

पिता तवां पातु सर्वत्र तपनस तपतां वरः येन दत्तॊ ऽसि मे पुत्र दिव्येन विधिना किल ।। ३-२९२-१३ ।।

'And may Surya, O son, thy father and the supreme giver of heat—by whose divine will thou wast granted to me—protect thee everywhere!' ।। 3-292-13 ।।

pitA tavAM pAtu sarvatra tapanasa tapatAM varaH yena dattò 'si me putra divyena vidhinA kila || 3-292-13 ||

आदित्या वसवॊ रुद्राः साध्या विश्वे च देवताः मरुतश च सहेन्द्रेण दिशश च सदिश ईश्वराः ।। ३-२९२-१४ ।।

'The twelve Adityas, eight Vasus, eleven Rudras, the Sadhyas, all the Vishvedevas, the storm-gods called Maruts together with their king Indra, and the guardians of all the cardinal and intermediate directions.' ।। 3-292-14 ।।

AdityA vasavò rudrAH sAdhyA vizve ca devatAH marutaza ca sahendreNa dizaza ca sadiza IzvarAH || 3-292-14 ||

'May all the divine beings protect you through good times and bad alike. Even if you are in a distant foreign land, I will be able to recognize you by this armor that serves as your identifying token.' ।। 3-292-15 ।।

rakSantu tavAM surAH sarve sameSu viSameSu ca vetsyAmi tavAM videze 'pi kavacenòpasUcitama || 3-292-15 ||
