दर्शनीयॊ ऽनवद्याङ्गस तेजसा परज्वलन्न इव मधु पिङ्गॊ मधुरवाक तपः सव्याध्याय भूषणः ॥ ३-२८७-५ ॥

sanskrit

'He was pleasing to the eye, with flawless limbs, and seemed to shine with a blazing inner splendour. His complexion was of a honey-golden hue, tinged with blue. His voice was soft and mellifluous, and he was adorned with the merit of austerities and the deep knowledge of the Vedas.' ॥ 3-287-5 ॥

darzanIyò 'navadyAGgasa tejasA parajvalanna iva madhu piGgò madhuravAka tapaH savyAdhyAya bhUSaNaH ॥ 3-287-5 ॥
