इष्टॊ भक्तिश च मे कर्णॊ न चान्यद दैवतं दिवि जानीत इति वै कृत्वा भगवान आह मद धितम ॥ ३-२८६-४ ॥
'He acknowledges no other deity in all the heavens. Understanding this, O lord, you have spoken words that are truly for my benefit.' ॥ 3-286-4 ॥
