एकस्य धर्मेण सतां मतेन; सर्वे सम तं मार्गम अनुप्रपन्नाः मा वै दवितीयं मा तृतीयं च वाञ्छे; तस्मात सन्तॊ धर्मम आहुः परधानम ।। ३-२८१-२४ ।।

sanskrit

'The virtuous declare that by one path of righteousness, all attain the same end. Let no one yearn for a second or a third path—for this is why the wise uphold righteousness as the highest good.' ।। 3-281-24 ।।

english translation

ekasya dharmeNa satAM matena; sarve sama taM mArgama anuprapannAH mA vai davitIyaM mA tRtIyaM ca vAJche; tasmAta santò dharmama AhuH paradhAnama || 3-281-24 ||
