मनसा निश्चयं कृत्वा ततॊ वाचाभिधीयते करियते कर्मणा पश्चात परमाणं मे मनस ततः ॥ ३-२७८-२७ ॥
'First, the resolve is made in the mind; then it is spoken in words; after that, it is fulfilled through action — such is the testimony of my heart.' ॥ 3-278-27 ॥
