इत्य उक्त्वा सह सौमित्रिर उपस्पृश्याथ राघवः परतिशिश्ये जलनिधिं विधिवत कुशसंस्तरे ॥ ३-२६७-३२ ॥

sanskrit

'Having spoken these words, both Rama and Lakshmana touched the water and, according to the proper ritual, laid themselves down on a bed of kusa grass by the seashore.' ।। 3-267-32 ।।

english translation

itya uktvA saha saumitrira upaspRzyAtha rAghavaH paratizizye jalanidhiM vidhivata kuzasaMstare ॥ 3-267-32 ॥
