तेषां तं परणयं शरुत्वा मेने स कृतकृत्यताम कृतार्थानां हि भृत्यानाम एतद भवति चेष्टितम ॥ ३-२६६-२८ ॥
'Hearing of this act of liberty on their part, Sugrīva inferred the success of their mission, for it is only servants who have been crowned with success that can act in this way.' ॥ 3-266-28 ॥
