ताम उवाच स धर्मात्मा नृशंसं बत ते कृतम पतिं हित्वा कुलं चेदम उत्साद्य धनलुब्धया ।। ३-२६१-३२ ।।

sanskrit

'Thereupon, the virtuous Bharata said to her: 'What a cruel deed you have done! For the sake of wealth alone, you have forsaken your husband and brought ruin upon this family.' ।। 3-261-32 ।।

english translation

tAma uvAca sa dharmAtmA nRzaMsaM bata te kRtama patiM hitvA kulaM cedama utsAdya dhanalubdhayA || 3-261-32 ||
