[विभीसण] परमापद गतस्यापि नाधर्मे मे मतिर भवेत अशिक्षितं च भगवन बरह्मास्तं परतिभातु मे ॥ ३-२५९-३० ॥

sanskrit

'Then Vibhīṣaṇa humbly replied: "Even in the direst peril, may I never stray from the path of righteousness. And though untrained, O divine Sire, may I be blessed with the wisdom of celestial knowledge!"' ।। 3-259-30 ।।

english translation

[vibhIsaNa] paramApada gatasyApi nAdharme me matira bhaveta azikSitaM ca bhagavana barahmAstaM paratibhAtu me ॥ 3-259-30 ॥
