ततः परववृते यज्ञः परभूतान्नः सुसंस्कृतः दीक्षितश चापि गान्धारिर यथा शास्तं यथाक्रमम ॥ ३-२४२-४ ॥

sanskrit

'Then the grand sacrifice commenced, sanctified by sacred mantras and abundant with rich offerings of food and drink. Gandhari’s son was duly initiated in strict accordance with the sacred rites.' ॥ 3-242-4 ॥

english translation

tataH paravavRte yajJaH parabhUtAnnaH susaMskRtaH dIkSitaza cApi gAndhArira yathA zAstaM yathAkramama ॥ 3-242-4 ॥
