परहरिष्यन्ति बन्धुभ्यः सनेहम उत्सृज्य दूरतः हृष्टाः पुरुषशार्दूलाः कलुषीकृतमानसाः अविज्ञान विमूढाश च दैवाच च विधिनिर्मितात ॥ ३-२४०-१४ ॥
'Blinded by ignorance and wrath, Driven by the fate ordained by the Creator, These tigers among men, their hearts steeped in sin, Will depopulate the earth with relentless arms.' ॥ 3-240-14 ॥
