पुरुषेषु यथा रुद्रस तथार्या परमदास्व अपि आर्या माता कुमारस्य पृथक कामार्थम इज्यते ।। ३-२१९-४० ।।

'The noble one plays the same role among women as Rudra does among men. She is the mother of all children and is distinctly worshipped for their welfare.' ।। 3-219-40 ।।

english translation

puruSeSu yathA rudrasa tathAryA paramadAsva api AryA mAtA kumArasya pRthaka kAmArthama ijyate || 3-219-40 ||
