पराज्ञॊ धर्मेण रमते धर्मं चैवॊपजीवति तस्य धर्माद अवाप्तेषु धनेषु दविजसत्तम तस्यैव सिञ्चते मूलं गुणान पश्यति यत्र वै ॥ ३-२००-४४ ॥
'The wise man delights in virtue and lives by righteousness. And, O noble Brahmana, with the wealth of righteousness that he acquires, he nourishes the root of the tree in which he perceives the most virtue. The virtuous man acts in this way, and his mind is at peace.' ॥ 3-200-44 ॥
