अजस्रम एव दुःखार्तॊ ऽदुःखितः सुखसंज्ञितः ततॊ ऽनिवृत्त बन्धत्वात कर्मणाम उदयाद अपि परिक्रामति संसारे चक्रवद बहु वेदनः ॥ ३-२००-३७ ॥
'Although afflicted in this way, they consider themselves happy and at ease. As a result, their fetters remain unbroken, and new karma arises. Suffering from various miseries, they continue to revolve in this world like a wheel.' ॥ 3-200-37 ॥
