अन्यॊ हि नाश्नाति कृतं हि कर्म; स एव कर्ता सुखदुःखभागी यत तेन किं चिद धि कृतं हि कर्म; तद अश्नुते नास्ति कृतस्य नाशः ॥ ३-२००-२७ ॥
'In the realm of humans, no one reaps the consequences of another's karma. Whatever one does, he is certain to reap the consequences of it; for the results of actions once performed can never be avoided.' ॥ 3-200-27 ॥
