'This world is afflicted by both bodily and mental suffering. Listen now as I outline the methods for alleviating these afflictions, both briefly and in detail.' ।। 3-2-20 ।।

manò dehasamutthAbhyAM duHkhAbhyAma arditaM jagata tayòra vayAsa samAsAbhyAM zamòpAyama imaM zRNu || 3-2-20 ||
