शरॊतुम इच्छामि भगवन सत्रीणां माहात्म्यम उत्तमम कथ्यमानं तवया विप्र सूक्ष्मं धर्मं च तत्त्वतः ॥ ३-१९६-२ ॥

'I wish to hear, O holy one, about the exalted and noble virtues of women. I seek, O Brahmana, your discourse on the subtle and profound truths of morality.' ॥ 3-196-2 ॥

zaròtuma icchAmi bhagavana satrINAM mAhAtmyama uttamama kathyamAnaM tavayA vipra sUkSmaM dharmaM ca tattvataH ॥ 3-196-2 ॥
