तस्य पुत्रास तरयः शिष्टा युधिष्ठिर तदाभवन दृढाश्वः कपिलाश्वश च चन्द्राश्वश चैव भारत तेभ्यः परम्परा राजन्न इक्ष्वाकूणां महात्मनाम ॥ ३-१९५-३४ ॥

sanskrit

'And, O Yudhishthira, after the destruction of all his sons, King Kuvalaswa was left with three sons, O scion of the Bharata race. They were named Dṛḍhāśva, Kapilāśva, and Candraśva. It is from these sons, O king, that the illustrious lineage of Ikṣvāku, renowned for its boundless might, has arisen.' ॥ 3-195-34 ॥

english translation

tasya putrAsa tarayaH ziSTA yudhiSThira tadAbhavana dRDhAzvaH kapilAzvaza ca candrAzvaza caiva bhArata tebhyaH paramparA rAjanna ikSvAkUNAM mahAtmanAma ॥ 3-195-34 ॥
