मनुष्या बुद्धिसंपन्ना दयां कुर्वन्ति जन्तुषु करूरेषु कर्मसु कथं देहवाक चित्तदूषिषु धर्मघातिषु सज्जन्ते बुद्धिमन्तॊ भवद्विधाः ॥ ३-१४६-७६ ॥
'Humans, endowed with wisdom, are expected to show compassion toward all beings. How is it that those like you, gifted with intelligence, engage in cruel acts that defile the body, speech, and mind, and undermine the very essence of righteousness?' ॥ 3-146-76 ॥
