स तु जिह्मप्रवृत्तस्य माययाभिजिघांसतः अपि वज्रधरस्यापि भवेत कालविषॊपमः ॥ ३-१४२-१४ ॥
'He bestows benefit and protection upon the righteous; but to the crooked one, who, through deceit, seeks to harm him, Dhananjaya becomes like virulent poison, even if that one be Sakra himself.' ॥ 3-142-14 ॥
