परशस्ते ऽहनि यज्ञीये सर्वकामसमृद्धि मत कारयाम आस शर्यातिर यज्ञायतनम उत्तमम ॥ ३-१२४-६ ॥
'On an auspicious day, perfect for the commencement of a sacrificial ceremony, Saryati ordered the construction of an excellent sacrificial shrine, magnificently adorned with all desirable offerings.' ॥ 3-124-6 ॥
english translation
तत्रैनं चयवनॊ राजन याजयाम आस भार्गवः अद्भुतानि च तत्रासन यानि तानि निबॊध मे ॥ ३-१२४-७ ॥
'There, Chyavana, the son of Bhrigu, officiated as the priest for the king. Now, listen as I recount the marvelous events that unfolded at that place.' ॥ 3-124-7 ॥

अगृह्णाच चयवनः सॊमम अश्विनॊर देवयॊस तदा तम इन्द्रॊ वारयाम आस गृह्यमाणं तयॊर गरहम ॥ ३-१२४-८ ॥
'Chyavana took up a portion of the Soma juice with the intention of offering it to the Ashvins, the physicians of the celestials. But as he was about to present the offering to the divine twins, Indra intervened, declaring his interdiction:' ॥ 3-124-8 ॥

[इन्द्र] उभाव एतौ न सॊमार्हौ नासत्याव इति मे मतिः भिषजौ देवपुत्राणां कर्मणा नैवम अर्हतः ॥ ३-१२४-९ ॥
'In my opinion, both of these Ashvins have no right to receive the offering of Soma juice. As the physicians of the celestials, this very vocation of theirs disqualifies them from such a privilege.' ॥ 3-124-9 ॥

[च] मावमन्स्था महात्मानौ रूपद्रविणवत तरौ यौ चक्रतुर मां मघवन वृन्दारकम इवाजरम ॥ ३-१२४-१० ॥
'Thereupon, Chyavana said, "These two are of great power and noble souls, endowed with extraordinary beauty and grace. And they, O Indra, have transformed me into one of eternal youth, akin to the celestials."' ॥ 3-124-10 ॥
