स वव्रे मातुर उत्थानम अस्मृतिं च वधस्य वै पापेन तेन चास्पर्शं भरातॄणां परकृतिं तथा ।। ३-११६-१७ ।।

sanskrit

'Thereupon, Rama requested that his mother be restored to life, that he be free from the haunting memory of this cruel act, that he remain untouched by sin, that his brothers regain their former state, that he be unmatched in battle, and that he be granted a long life.' ।। 3-116-17 ।।

english translation

sa vavre mAtura utthAnama asmRtiM ca vadhasya vai pApena tena cAsparzaM bharAtRRNAM parakRtiM tathA || 3-116-17 ||
