ऋश्य शृङ्गम ऋषेः पुत्रम आनयध्वम उपायतः लॊभयित्वाभिविश्वास्य विषयं मम शॊभनाः ॥ ३-११०-३१ ॥

'O lovely women! You must devise a way to captivate and gain the trust of Rishyasringa, the son of the sage, and bring him to my realm.' ॥ 3-110-31 ॥

english translation

Rzya zRGgama RSeH putrama Anayadhvama upAyataH lòbhayitvAbhivizvAsya viSayaM mama zòbhanAH ॥ 3-110-31 ॥

ता राजभयभीताश च शापभीताश च यॊषितः अशक्यम ऊचुस तत कार्यं वि वर्णा गतचेतसः ॥ ३-११०-३२ ॥

'Yet those women, caught between the king's wrath and the fear of incurring the saint's curse, felt troubled and overwhelmed, declaring the task to be beyond their capabilities.' ॥ 3-110-32 ॥

तत्र तव एका जरद यॊषा राजानम इदम अब्रवीत परयतिष्ये महाराज तम आनेतुं तपॊधनम ॥ ३-११०-३३ ॥

'One among them, an elderly woman, spoke to the king, saying, ‘O great king! I shall endeavor to bring here the one whose only wealth lies in his penances.’' ॥ 3-110-33 ॥

अभिप्रेतांस तु मे कामान समनुज्ञातुम अर्हसि ततः शक्ष्ये लॊभयितुम ऋश्य शृङ्गम ऋषेः सुतम ॥ ३-११०-३४ ॥

'However, you will need to provide me with certain items related to the plan. Only then will I be able to bring Rishyasringa, the son of the sage, to this place.' ॥ 3-110-34 ॥

abhipretAMsa tu me kAmAna samanujJAtuma arhasi tataH zakSye lòbhayituma Rzya zRGgama RSeH sutama ॥ 3-110-34 ॥

तस्याः सर्वम अभिप्रायम अन्वजानात स पार्थिवः धनं च परददौ भूरि रत्नानि विविधानि च ॥ ३-११०-३५ ॥

'Consequently, the king issued a command that everything she desired should be gathered, and he also granted her a substantial amount of wealth along with a variety of precious jewels.' ॥ 3-110-35 ॥
