स शुश्राव महाबाहुः कपिलेन महात्मना पितॄणां निधनं घॊरम अप्राप्तिं तरिदिवस्य च ॥ ३-१०७-२ ॥

sanskrit

'He of powerful arms came to know from the great-souled Kapila how his forefathers had met a tragic end and were unable to reach the heavenly realms.' ॥ 3-107-2 ॥

english translation

sa zuzrAva mahAbAhuH kapilena mahAtmanA pitRRNAM nidhanaM ghòrama aprAptiM taridivasya ca ॥ 3-107-2 ॥
