अभिषिच्य तु तं राज्ये दिलीपॊ वनम आश्रितः तपःसिद्धिसमायॊगात स राजा भरतर्षभ वनाज जगाम तरिदिवं कालयॊगेन भारत ।। ३-१०६-४० ।।

sanskrit

'And Dilipa appointed him as king before retreating into the forest. O best of all the descendants of Bharata! That same king devoted himself to a fruitful course of austerities, and after a period of fulfillment, he departed from the forest to the heavenly realms.' ।। 3-106-40 ।।

english translation

abhiSicya tu taM rAjye dilIpò vanama AzritaH tapaHsiddhisamAyògAta sa rAjA bharatarSabha vanAja jagAma taridivaM kAlayògena bhArata || 3-106-40 ||
