लक्ष्मीवान् लक्ष्मणोवाक्यमर्थसाधकमात्मनः । धर्मात्मासत्यसन्धश्चरामोदाशरथिर्यति ॥ ६-९१-७१

- the fortunate Lakshmana, in order to achieve his purpose, spoke (to the presiding Deity of that weapon) thus "If Dasharatha's son, Sri Rama is righteous, truthful, true to his promise . - ॥ 6-91-71॥
