बभूवायोधनंघोरंगोमायुगणसेवितम् । कबन्धानिसमुत्पेतुर्दिक्षुवानररक्षसाम् । विमर्देतुमुलेतस्मिन्देवासुररणोपमे ॥ ६-४३-४५
- the battlefield was dreadful, frequented by jackals. It was like the war between Devatas and demons, with the trunks of the bodies of Vanaras and Rakshasas rubbing together lying scattered in all directions. ॥ 6-43-45॥
