सःतान् गृहीत्वादुर्धर्षोराघवायन्यवेदयत् । माङ्गल्यंमङ्गलंसर्वंलक्ष्मणाय च वीर्यवान् ॥ ६-११५-२१
Accepting them, the valiant and unconquerable Vibhishana happily offered all those auspicious objects to Rama and Lakshmana. [6-115-21]
english translation
कृतकार्यंसमृद्धार्थंदृष्टवारामोविभीषणम् । प्रतिजग्राहतत्सर्वंतस्यैवप्रियकाम्यया ॥ ६-११५-२२
Seeing Vibhishana, who had accomplished his act and increased his resources, Rama accepted it all, with a sole desire to show gratefulness to him. [6-115-22]
english translation
ततःशैलोपमंवीरंप्राञ्जलिंप्रणतंस्थितम् । उवाचेदंवचोरामोहनूमन्तंप्लवङ्गमम् ॥ ६-११५-२३
Then Rama, seeing a heroic mountain like Hanuman, who stood there in supplicant mood greeting him with joined palms, spoke these words. [6-115-23]
english translation
अनुज्ञाप्यमहाराजमिमंसौम्य विभीषणम् । प्रविश्यनगरींलङ्कांकौशलंब्रूहिमैथिलीम् ॥ ६-११५-२४
"O Gentle Hanuman! Taking the permission of the great king Vibheeshana, entering the city of Lanka, enquire the wellbeing of Mythili." [6-115-24]
english translation
वैदेह्यैमांकुशलिनंसुग्रीवं च सलक्ष्मणम् । आचक्ष्ववदतांश्रेष्ठरावणं च हतंरणे ॥ ६-११५-२५
"Convey to Vaidehi that me and Lakshman and also Sugriva are doing well, and that Ravana has been killed, O Best among the eloquent." [6-115-25]
