कथं नु देवा हविषा गयेन परितर्पिताः पुनः शक्ष्यन्त्य उपादातुम अन्यैर दत्तानि कानि चित ॥ ३-९३-२६ ॥

sanskrit

'The gods have been so thoroughly satisfied with the clarified butter offered by Gaya that they are unable to accept anything else presented by others.' ॥ 3-93-26 ॥

english translation

kathaM nu devA haviSA gayena paritarpitAH punaH zakSyantya upAdAtuma anyaira dattAni kAni cita ॥ 3-93-26 ॥
