सरॊ गय शिरॊ यत्र पुण्या चैव महानदी ऋषिजुष्टं सुपुण्यं तत तीर्थं बरह्मसरॊत्तमम ।। ३-९३-१० ।।

sanskrit

'In that region lies the hill known as Gayasira, alongside the charming river Mahanadi, its banks adorned with clusters of cane. Upon that celestial hill, revered for its holy peaks, is a sacred tirtha called Brahmasara, greatly cherished by ascetics.' ।। 3-93-10 ।।

english translation

sarò gaya zirò yatra puNyA caiva mahAnadI RSijuSTaM supuNyaM tata tIrthaM barahmasaròttamama || 3-93-10 ||
