अग्नयः सहदेवेन ये चिता यमुनाम अनु शतं शतसहस्राणि सहस्रशतदक्षिणाः ।। ३-८८-६ ।।

sanskrit

'On the banks of the Yamuna, Sahadeva offered worship to the sacrificial fire, bestowing gifts of hundreds of thousands upon the Brahmanas.' ।। 3-88-6 ।।

english translation

agnayaH sahadevena ye citA yamunAma anu zataM zatasahasrANi sahasrazatadakSiNAH || 3-88-6 ||
