अयजद यत्र कौन्तेय पूर्वम एव पिता महः यत्र भागीरथी पुण्या सदस्यासीद युधिष्ठिर ।। ३-८५-१७ ।।

sanskrit

'There, O son of Kunti, the Grandsire offered his sacrifices in ancient times. There, O Yudhishthira, the sacred Bhagiratha flows into a lake, and in that place.' ।। 3-85-17 ।।

english translation

ayajada yatra kaunteya pUrvama eva pitA mahaH yatra bhAgIrathI puNyA sadasyAsIda yudhiSThira || 3-85-17 ||
