गङ्गायाश च नरश्रेष्ठ सरस्वत्याश च संगमे सनातॊ ऽशवमेधम आप्नॊति सवर्गलॊकं च गच्छति ॥ ३-८२-३४ ॥

sanskrit

'By bathing at the sacred confluence of the Ganga and Saraswati, one attains the merit of the horse-sacrifice and ascends to the celestial realms.' ।। 3-82-34 ।।

english translation

gaGgAyAza ca narazreSTha sarasvatyAza ca saMgame sanAtò 'zavamedhama Apnòti savargalòkaM ca gacchati ॥ 3-82-34 ॥
