देव्यास तु दक्षिणार्धेन रथावर्तॊ नराधिप तत्रारॊहेत धर्मज्ञ शरदधानॊ जितेन्द्रियः महादेव परसादाद धि गच्छेत परमं गतिम ॥ ३-८२-२१ ॥
'To the southern part of this sacred site of the Goddess lies a tirtha called Rathavarta. O king, one should approach that place with a devoted heart and senses under control. By this, through the grace of Mahadeva, one attaineth to an exalted state.' ॥ 3-82-21 ॥
