तत्र सनात्वार्चयित्वा च पितॄन देवांश च भारत न दुर्गतिम अवाप्नॊति वाजपेयं च विन्दति ॥ ३-८१-६४ ॥
'By bathing there and worshiping the gods and the Pitris, one never descends into hell but instead attains the fruits of the Vajapeya sacrifice.' ॥ 3-81-64 ॥
