'O foremost of men, you are most welcome! I wish you happiness. Please listen to the words of Damayanti: When did you all set out, and what brings you here? Speak truly, for the princess of Vidarbha desires to know. ॥ 3-72-7 ॥

kadA vai parasthitA yUyaM kimarthama iha cAgatAH tata tavaM barUhi yathAnyAyaM vaidarbhI zaròtuma icchati ॥ 3-72-7 ॥
