दमयन्ती भवेद एतत कुर्याद दुःखेन मॊहिता अस्मदर्थे भवेद वायम उपायश चिन्तितॊ महान ॥ ३-६९-४ ॥

sanskrit

'And he reflected to himself, "Perhaps Damayanti, in her sorrow, is blinded to the consequences of her actions. Or maybe she has devised this grand plan for my benefit."' ॥ 3-69-4 ॥

english translation

damayantI bhaveda etata kuryAda duHkhena mòhitA asmadarthe bhaveda vAyama upAyaza cintitò mahAna ॥ 3-69-4 ॥
