दमयन्ती भवेद एतत कुर्याद दुःखेन मॊहिता अस्मदर्थे भवेद वायम उपायश चिन्तितॊ महान ।। ३-६९-४ ।।

sanskrit

'And he reflected to himself, "Perhaps Damayanti, in her sorrow, is blinded to the consequences of her actions. Or maybe she has devised this grand plan for my benefit."' ।। 3-69-4 ।।

english translation

damayantI bhaveda etata kuryAda duHkhena mòhitA asmadarthe bhaveda vAyama upAyaza cintitò mahAna || 3-69-4 ||
