आहर्ता करतुमुख्यानां वेदवेदाङ्गपारगः सपत्नानां मृधे हन्ता रविसॊमसमप्रभः ॥ ३-६१-७७ ॥

sanskrit

'He is the performer of great sacrifices, knowledgeable in the Vedas and their various branches. A destroyer of enemies in battle, he shines with a brilliance comparable to that of the sun and the moon.' ॥ 3-61-77 ॥

english translation

AhartA karatumukhyAnAM vedavedAGgapAragaH sapatnAnAM mRdhe hantA ravisòmasamaprabhaH ॥ 3-61-77 ॥
