यथा च पुष्करस्याक्षा वर्तन्ते वशवर्तिनः तथा विपर्ययश चापि नलस्याक्षेषु दृश्यते ॥ ३-५७-१४ ॥

'And just as the eyes of the lotus are subject to its control, So too is there seen a reversal in the eyes of Nala.' ॥ 3-57-14 ॥

english translation

yathA ca puSkarasyAkSA vartante vazavartinaH tathA viparyayaza cApi nalasyAkSeSu dRzyate ॥ 3-57-14 ॥
