यस्य बाहू समाश्रित्य वयं सर्वे महात्मनः मन्यामहे जितान आजौ परान पराप्तां च मेदिनीम ॥ ३-४९-८ ॥

sanskrit

'Relying on the strength of that illustrious hero's arms, we consider our foes already defeated in battle and the entire earth as rightfully ours.' ॥ 3-49-8 ॥

english translation

yasya bAhU samAzritya vayaM sarve mahAtmanaH manyAmahe jitAna Ajau parAna parAptAM ca medinIma ॥ 3-49-8 ॥
