इन्द्रियाणां च पञ्चानां मनसॊ हृदयस्य च विषये वर्तमानानां या परीतिर उपजायते स काम इति मे बुद्धिः कर्मणां फलम उत्तमम ।। ३-३४-३७ ।।

sanskrit

'The joy that arises from the five senses, the intellect, and the heart when directed towards their respective objects is known as pleasure. This pleasure, O king, is, in my view, one of the finest fruits of our actions.' ।। 3-34-37 ।।

english translation

indriyANAM ca paJcAnAM manasò hRdayasya ca viSaye vartamAnAnAM yA parItira upajAyate sa kAma iti me buddhiH karmaNAM phalama uttamama || 3-34-37 ||
