[यक्स] इमे ते भरातरॊ राजन वार्यमाणा मयासकृत बलात तॊयं जिहीर्षन्तस ततॊ वै सूदिता मया ।। ३-२९७-२२ ।।

sanskrit

'The Yaksha said: "O king, these brothers of yours, though repeatedly forbidden by me, sought to take the water by force. Therefore, I struck them down."' ।। 3-297-22 ।।

english translation

[yaksa] ime te bharAtarò rAjana vAryamANA mayAsakRta balAta tòyaM jihIrSantasa tatò vai sUditA mayA || 3-297-22 ||
