महार्हे शयने वीरं सपर्ध्यास्तरण संवृते शयानम अभिविश्वस्तं बरह्मण्यं सत्यवादिनम ॥ ३-२८४-७ ॥

'And, O foremost of kings, as that hero—devoted to the Brahmanas and ever truthful—lay at ease during the night upon a luxurious bed adorned with costly coverings.' ॥ 3-284-7 ॥

english translation

mahArhe zayane vIraM sapardhyAstaraNa saMvRte zayAnama abhivizvastaM barahmaNyaM satyavAdinama ॥ 3-284-7 ॥
