परच्छाद्य पृथिवीं तस्थुः सर्वम आयॊधनं परति शरीराण्य अशिरस्कानि विदेहानि शिरांसि च ।। ३-२५५-३० ।।

'They covered the Earth with a veil, and all the weapons turned towards them. The bodies without heads, the disembodied souls, and the severed heads remained.' ।। 3-255-30 ।।

english translation

paracchAdya pRthivIM tasthuH sarvama AyòdhanaM parati zarIrANya aziraskAni videhAni zirAMsi ca || 3-255-30 ||
